I, the subject of personal data, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152 – FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On personal Data", voluntarily and in my own interest, as well as confirming my legal capacity, I express my unconditional consent to the Association "Cluster of high-tech solutions for the development of the resources of the World Ocean and the Arctic", TIN 7801652280, OGRN 1187800005095, located at the address: 197101, St. Petersburg, Kronverkskaya str., 29/37, lit. B, room 63-N, https://arcwocluster.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to process their personal data with the following conditions:
- This Consent is given for the processing of personal data for use with or without automation.
Consent is given to the processing of one, several, or all categories of personal data that are not special or biometric, provided by the personal data subject contained in the registration forms in the Personal Account on the website https://arcwocluster.ru which may include:- last name, first name, patronymic;
- e-mail address (e-mail);
- phone number;
- data that is automatically transmitted to the Site's Services during their use using the software installed on the User's device, namely: IP address, cookie data, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages, history of requests and views on the Site and its Services.
- The operator can perform the following actions for processing personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, distribution, destruction.

This consent is subject to destruction after 30 days from the date of its termination in accordance with parts 4-5 of art.21 152-FZ. If the personal data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, provided that there are grounds provided for in paragraphs 2-11 of art.6 of Federal Law No. 152- FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
